Daniel Abram joins Outside Counsel Solutions LLP’s Derivatives And Energy Practice Groups
NEW YORK, September 6, 2010 – Outside Counsel Solutions LLP, a full-service law firm, announced that Daniel Abram, has joined the firm as part of the Derivatives and Energy practice groups. He was previously at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Goldman Sachs in New York.
Outside Counsel Solutions LLP’ Derivatives and Energy practices represent clients, including Hess Corporation and its affiliates, in the negotiation of long-term wholesale energy trading agreements, retail supply agreements, and ISDA master agreements for trading commodity derivatives, foreign currencies, rate swaps, and equity derivatives.
Daniel spent 4 years as a corporate associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York. At Weil Gotshal, Daniel advised both issuers and investment banks in connection with public and private offerings of securities and other capital markets transactions. He also advised banks, institutional lenders and commercial real estate investors in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including construction financings, purchase and sales, secured financings, and commercial leasing. Daniel was also an associate in the Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs where he provided strategic advisory services for M&A, LBOs, divestitures, restructurings, and exclusive asset sales.
