Jonathan Inker

Jonathan’s broad litigation experience includes multi-state securities litigation, toxic tort, and insurance fraud.  He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation including: conducting trials and depositions, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, and appellate litigation.

Jonathan was also the managing attorney for an e-discovery document review company and has advised clients on trends in the e-discovery industry.

• Participated in all phases of multi-state litigation case arising out of the failed attempt to create the largest natural gas company in the United States.
• Advised general counsel of publicly traded energy company on corporate governance matters.
• Participated on trial team that received one of the largest toxic tort settlements in history.
• Supervised e-discovery document review projects for patent infringement and white collar criminal cases.
• Advised company that develops e-discovery technology on trends in the e-discovery industry.
• Advised start-up solar energy company on a variety of legal issues.
