Michael Hughes

Michael is a member of the corporate and securities practice groups.  His has experience representing public and private companies.  His transactional experience includes initial public offerings, spin-offs, secondary offerings, and mergers & acquisitions.  He has significant experience with general corporate work, including contractual work, ‘34 Act filings, filings on Forms 3, 4 and 5, corporate restructurings, stock option plan administration and other day-to-day corporate matters.  Prior to joining SWA, Michael was  General Counsel for an AMEX-listed company for two years.
